They advised us on where to eat and even booked some restaurants for us as well as advising us on good places to visit in the vicinity. "Due to flights we had 2 nights here before moving to our holiday accommodation. The owners were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, breakfastgreat and fridge stocked for us to use at reasonable prices. Lovely rooms and hotel very close to Sarlat."

"The Maison de Tari is a perfect place to stay for families looking to explore the area around Sarlat. We stayed in a family room with three small children and it suited us perfectly. All rooms had a separate outside sitting area with a large table. It had a good sized pool, a separate communal cooking and dining area, including a gas BBQ and a fridge. A great continental breakfast was provided that included fresh pastries from the local bakery, and a selection of local jams, cheeses and meats....

Our bathroom was on the first floor down a spiral staircase. Yes, it was delightfully quirky. This is a great place for those who shun standard square room."
