"Didnt like the bathroom facility: no shower door, bathroom /toilet open to bedroom, no extraction fan in bathroom. Food was excellent and terrace was very pleasant. The staff, Aziz, Mobamad and Omar were very courteous and helpful/accomodating."

"The riad is located in a quiet alley of the Medina and although there were some signs leading to the riad, there was no prominent sign on the main door and lighting in the alley was also inadequate. Overall stay at the riad was pleasant and there were beautiful views from the terrace"

"Pros : Nice Riad - has been renovated meticulously and beautifully . Nice roof top view. Staff -very nice , helpful and polite . Clean , spacious , windows overlook central atrium ( no outside windows - authentic riad ) Cons: Not like a hotel - so even though front desk services are supposed to be from 7 - 11, it’s hit or miss if reception will answer your call . 3 min walk to riad from car through a stone w from "

"This is a very basic Riad located in an excellent location just on the edge of the Medina. It had everything you need from a comfortable bed, hot shower, reliable wifi and good breakfast but the photo really gives a false impression of the condition of the place. The French speaking staff member was helpful and there was a man who spoke English when we arrived who explained how to enter and lock up. Bring your own toiletries as none were provided. "

"Our family of four stayed one brief night in Riad Meknes as a stopover during a drive from Tangier to Merzouga. While we didn’t have too much time in Meknès or the riad itself, we did enjoy both the town and riad. Our room was spacious and we loved the lovely decor throughout the riad and the interesting layout. We had a quick dip in the pool and wished we’d had more time to use the garden courtyard. "Great traditional Riad that is very easy to find in the Medina. The hosts have restored a family home with loving details, including a Hammam! The hosts are VERY VERY nice and extremely helpful — they arranged a very reasonably priced tour to the Volubilis ruins and Moulay Idriss for us. And the meals are delicious!"

We especially enjoyed the multiple terraces, the space heaters in the bedroom and at breakfast to take off the morning chill in December, the fast internet, very nice shower, comfortable beds, and the warm greetings and hospitality throughout our stay. It was fun to explore the town and the surrounding area. Hassan arranged a car and driver for a day trip to the Roman ruins of Volubilis and to the city of Fes....
