Here you are in Provende in the South of the Drôme, not far from the Mont Ventoux. On a gourmet and sporty land, you can enjoy black truffles, Côtes-du-Rhône wines, the Picodon de la Drôme, apricots in summer, and typical markets.

The most sporty will tackle Mont Ventoux by bike....
The house is located in Bouchet, a small village in the southern Drôme, between Sainte-Cécile-les-Vignes, villa du Vaucluse and Grignan, a major tourist attraction known for the Château de la fille de Madame de Sévigné.
The village centre is accessible in 5 minutes by foot, you will find basic shops, bakery, grocery store, a local bistro. A supermarket at the entrance of the neighbouring village 5min. 10 minutes from Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux, 5 minutes from Suze-la-Rousse and its castle.

You will be not far from Orange 20mn, Avignon 40mn. Nîmes airport with Charleroi/Belgium connection at 1 hour. Geneva 3h by car, Paris 2h40mn from TGV Montélimar station.

A recently renovated village house for rent for your holidays, with a swimming pool and a swing for the joy of the little ones.
The house opens on the ground floor, onto an entrance hall, followed by a small living room with a table and an extra bed.

In a row, the reception room has a large volume: the living room with a beautiful fireplace, the dining room and the equipped kitchen. The whole opens onto the terrace, the garden and the swimming pool at sunrise.
In the back, a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer. But also, a shower and a toilet.
On the first floor, accessible by two separate stairs, one of which leads to the living room and the other to the entrance hall, 4 bedrooms, 1 shower room and 1 bathroom.
A first bedroom on the right, with two single beds (1 in 80cm and 1 in 90cm)
A second bedroom at the end of the corridor (with a large closet) with a 160cm bed
A communicating bathroom for its 2 bedrooms, with 2 basins and a toilet.

Going down a few steps, from the parental room, a third room with 2 beds in 80cm approachable. An adjoining bathroom with bath, shower, 2 basins and a toilet.
A last bedroom, with a 140cm bed, communicating with the bathroom.
The second staircase, secured by a net, leading to the entrance hall.

The house benefits from a 600m² enclosed garden with trees. A 7.5m X 3.9m swimming pool, 1.50m deep, secured by a tarp with a bar and an underwater alarm. Sunbathing to fully enjoy the warmth of the south. A charcoal barbecue is available.
Everything is gathered for holidays with family or friends in Drôme Provençale. On the village square, a very good restaurant "L'auberge" to discover.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison familiale. La piscine est idéale pour les enfants, le jardin clos permet les jeux sans risque. L’accueil et la disponibilité de l’agence est à souligner. Le seul bémol est le problème de pression d’eau, ce qui nous obligeait à prendre les douches une à une: gênant quand on est 10!.
