"We had a group of 19 people. We were highly welcomed at the hotel. The hotel is very close to the slops, shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean, warm, had comfort beds and pillows. The restaurant staff was supper friendly and the food was very tasty with plenty of varieties. We did received a letter note about the noise about one person of the group been loud, but I believed the horel staff did the right things as they have to look after the other residents too. On average, it was a very hood stay, i would highly recommend and i would stay again if i return to Pas de la Casa. Many thanks Mario"

"The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast staff were very friendly and Alex on the front desk was very helpful! (My son lost his AirPods, but Alex was very helpful in getting them back to us!). A great location, the shuttle van was exceptionally helpful for reaching the gondola. We will come back again!!"

Initially, we had booked a stay at the neighboring Sant Grant, but unfortunately, it was such a disappointment that we had to leave. Despite both hotels being rated four stars, the difference in quality, service, and overall experience was like night and day.
