"I didnt like is i heard the 402 door when they closed it i have problem sleeping if i heard something it's hard for me to sleep,and the carpet is old need to change, i like all the employees they are very nice i met everyone"

"This is our first time to Paris and our stay at this hotel was so amazing. The front desk was so very very helpful. They walked us to our room and when I got into our room, I wanted a different room that had a balcony. The front desk, man then proceeded to take me to another room with a better Option and we chose that one. He was so helpful and considerate of my needs. His hotel also is very convenient to all little shops and restaurants especially the Eiffel TowerThey had a turn down service which was so a special touch. Thank you for a wonderful stay! "
