"This Hotel is amazing, very clean. We stayed for 3 nights as a family of four. Staff -5 star. Location - 5 star, close to medina and Habib Bourguiba Avenue, therefore, very central. Mr. Yahya at the reception is extraordinary, we had a small issue with our booking, but Mr. Yahya gave us a solution instantly. All other staff at the hotel were excellent. Will definitely visit again. Having breakfast at the Level 4 terrace was refreshing. Breakfast menu is simple and repetitive but does the job."

"Great quality hotel, high end for Tunis. Very pleasant staff as I spoke only English, not Arabic or French. Had no problems conversing with front desk, room service or breakfast staff. The hotel was very safe as it sits on a hill looking down on the Tunisian Dept. of State and multiple embassies. I suspect it is used by diplomats as the security around the property was of high quality. The restaurants are very good. The breakfast buffet was extensive. I ordered room service one night with a nice bottle of Tunisian wine. There’s also an English pub where you can get a beer and there wias always be a Premier League game on the TV. The smallest of negatives is that it is a bit isolated but unless you stay right downtown you need to use the Bolt app to get taxis no matter where you are in Tunis. It was only about 15 minutes to the airport or 20 minutes to Sidi Bou Said, which I would recommend as a side trip for lunch or dinner. If you are a business traveler or want to escape the hustle and bustle of downtown, I would definitely recommend it."

"Arrived frazzled from Carthage after my flight out was cancelled having booked the room from the taxi on the way from the airport. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. This is a first class hotel with first class customer service. A ten out of ten."
