"We were amazed by the way that the windmill has been renovated. It was very comfortable for two - comfy bed in a romantic middle room and a cosy kitchen with a great view through the main door and with the option to eat outside. There are great walks and we really appreciated riding around on the bikes that we were provided with. There was plenty to do for five days. "C'est sans doute le plus beau gîte dans lequel nous avons séjourné. Vraiment magnifique. Les chambres sont spacieuses, l'espace de vie très agréable et la cour intérieure aussi (la plancha est top !). Hyper bien situé pour visiter la région angevine. Très bon accueil du propriétaire qui nous a conseillé des visites. La boulangerie et les restaurants du village sont exceptionnels ! Les bémols : l'insonorisation avec l'extérieur (penser aux bouchons d'oreille, les chambres donnent côté rue)...

"Petite maison agréable , mais à la propreté douteuse , nous avons trouvé le lave vaisselle et la vaisselle pas propres . Les matelas d'appoint stockés entre une armoire et le mur humides et moisis . La maison est données pour onze voyageurs ; nous étions 7 et n'aurions pas pu être 1 de plus , surtout autour de la table de la salle à manger . "

Petite précision à savoir, la « grange » se a comporte deux locations, vous pouvez donc être avec un autre groupe en même temps, mais c’est très bien isolé :)"

"We had a wonderful holiday in Denée. Gite is down a country lane, away from things. Met by the owners who had limited English but were absolutely lovely. Gite is a great size and for the first time in any property we had plenty of crockery/glassware/cutlery! Garden is lovely with undercover eating area and barbecue. All very relaxing. Short drive to lots of chateaux, wine tastings and river beaches. Kayaking down the Loire was a particular favourite trip. Would recommend this gite...

"We has a wonderful short stay at Lionel's house for a family Christmas get-together. It's a charming place on 3-levels. We really appreciated the very well-equipped kitchen, baby accessories, comfortable beds, the général ambiance and that our dog was welcomed as well! It's ideally located in the village...just a walk away from the castle and vieux centre...possiblity to park outside the house or otherwise a 2minute walk away. "Very spacious rural gite. Lots of things provided, pool table, ping pong, pool was warm and the steps down into it were a lovely surprise. Bedrooms were great for bigger families. Damien and Jennyfer were very helpful and accommodating. "

"Gite agréable et propre. Il est annoncé pour 10 personnes mais les équipements ( vaisselle ..) ne sont pas adaptés; Le canapé lit n'est pas très confortable. Un lave-vaisselle et un frigo plus grand auraient été appréciés. C'est dommage, nous avons eu un week-end ensoleillé et nous n'avons pas pu profiter des extérieurs : pas d'ombre et pas de parasol."

"We received a warm welcome from the proprietor, Sylvie, at this pleasant modern 1st Floor riverside property with nice views along the Loire, and an open terrace for al fresco dining. Within a short walk from many local restaurants, shops, and the twice weekly local market, it makes a good base to visit the many local Chateaux, and is at the heart of the Anjou vineyards for tastings etc."
