"Stayed in one of the family rooms in the separate building - a bunk bed downstairs and queen upstairs with en-suite. Room was clean, well-appointed and worked well to get the kids to sleep allowing adults to relax upstairs. Room service menu and quality of food were excellent. Spa and internal and external pool were great, but strict kids hours in the internal pool meant we actually had to swim/play in sub zero temperatures - which was not ideal and quite rude. "Ticked all the boxes for me. It was just a base to sleep, didn't use any of the facilities so can't comment on those. It was clean enough and check in was done in a very friendly manner which was everything I was looking for."

"Stayed 2 nights, loved everything. The check in, guy took us to our room..the room, beautiful, spotlessly clean, room 34 perfect. Parking on site...fantastic. Walk into town about 10 mins, so easy. Great view of River Avon and Cathedral from deck. Can't recommend this place enough...do stay there. "

Great stay perfect for our needs

"Hotel was very good. Very friendly and pleasant staff. Breakfast was very good part morning 2. No fried eggs morning 1. Bar prices not extortionate. Only criticism is that TV in room has no apps and no radio, very limited channels and didn't appear to be able to stream content from phone orc tablet. Parking very good and loca perfect if you wanted to go into town and very close to train station. "
