"The cottage was lovely and had everything we needed for a comfortable short stay with our children. I had a welcome text to check everything was ok, so nice to know someone was at the end of the phone should we need. Good base location situated on the grounds of The Garlic Farm and the shop, restaurant, cafe and games room all came in handy. Parking was easy too. Short drive from Ryde ferry port and Sandown beach. We also had a lovely meal at the recommended The Pointer Inn pub down the road....

"Greeted by a very friendly and professional lady on reception. I travel alot and believe you don’t see this everyday. Ideal for the night / weekend trip. I’d need a more comfortable sofa if was going to stay the week. But still 100% stay"

"We were very lucky with the weather which helps but we love the area as there is always something to do. The cottage was spotless and has all amenities (apart from washing machine no space ) and there was a very nice cake awaiting us as well as tea ,coffee and milk . Parking was fine on quiet street and the garden is a delight. The owner kindly reminded us about the steep stairs but we managed as we did with downstairs bathroom. Overall highly recommended for a relaxing stay in New Forest."

"We stayed in Cameo Cottage for 2 nights in July this year. Directions for finding the property were spot on. The cottage was very clean and the setting was tranquil. Everything was provided for us a home from home! The hot tub was most welcome as the weather this weekend was very not. We would thoroughly recommend Cameo Cottage for us it was perfect. Thank you for making our weekend so relaxed."

"Cracking place to stay, such a homely, comfortable property. All you needed for a weeks stay especially cooking Xmas dinner, A1. Great back garden, spacious and enclosed, perfect for the dog. Lovely outlook over the front garden as well. Couple minor issues, contacted the owner about, came back with a thanks for letting us know message.Good pub just around the corner along with local shop. 5-10 mins drive from Lymington and Milford on Sea. "We had a lovely stay. The location is great, in the woods along a quiet lane. Very quiet. Connected to nature. The cottage is very small but nice and cosy and great for two people. Bed is comfy. Shower is great. And a shed to keep bikes. All good. Will come again!"
