Look at the pictures (which look great) and imagine what it will look like 15 years or so later unmaintained and little cleaned,. "Hotel not very clean especially the toilet , cockroach can be seen around the floor , air conditioning are not adjustable , the only good things the staff willing to cooperate and the hot water working very well. And also Oyo and Expedia are giving the worst service especially about system management , a lot of problem happened during my check in because of system the problem especially about the price. "The frontdesk staff especially Selvam was very accomodating and also generous with the bottled water giveaways. The room was clean and the AC was freeeeezing just like a Proton Automobile. Don't expect 5 star facilities as this is obviously a budget hotel and you'll be fine. The bathroom could use a tune up as some of the equipment inside were reaching their end-of-life. Would come back again."

"The hallway was dark. Our toilet got blocked and they asked us to change room. When we returned they was no room available and they offer us a room to take shower and have to wait for the boss to return before a room is available because there was no key to the room that was available. He also told us that we need to change room again the next day. We asked for a refund since at that point there was no room available for us and the staff said he can’t refund.
