Check-in time is 3:00PM until 9:00PM. Keys will need to be picked up in a nearby KeyCafe location before its closing time. For late check-in, guest must inform us ahead of time to coordinate guests' key access.

Reservation Requirements
Upon booking, guest will be asked to complete two requirements.

1) Completing our guest verification form which includes the primary guest should upload a selfie holding a valid identification card on the form, this should also match with the credit card information used for making the reservation and the information entered on the booking platform.
2) Guest form to know our guests a little better, confirm your contact details, and make sure you sign all the paperwork needed such as the Rental Agreement.

We specify all reservation details and in-stay guides in a virtual guidebook provided prior to check-in. You will need to complete the above reservation requirements before access will be given.

House Rules and Safety
* Mid-Stay Cleaning is available with a fee and needs to be scheduled ahead of time.
* We are required to allow the building to access the unit from time to time for maintenance, tours, or inspections. Notice may not be provided, but if we do receive notice we will surely pass it on.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property.
* Pets are not allowed.
* Our properties are not ideal for loud, rowdy groups. If we receive a noise complaint, a fine will be charged.
* Excessive mess and trash left at the property upon checkout may result in additional fees for cleaning.
* For the comfort and peace of all guests and neighbors, quiet hours are put in order from 9 PM until 9 AM.

This is a self check-in apartment. Our virtual team is made available from 9AM to 12AM to assist you through out the check-in/out process. We are easily contactable through the booking channel, email, and phone. We also have on-ground personnel that can assist with cleaning and maintenance-related concerns.

Nice area, small , but clean.
It was a good stay. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to save and needs a clean, basic place to sleep. I will consider staying again.

I got there and the toilet was clogged. I immediately called them and a woman told me she would get someone out soon. 2 hours later after no word I called again but could only leave a message. I called a couple more times but never get through to anyone. It would just say “we are helping other customers, leave a message”. Only stayed 1 night, toilet never got fixed while I was there. Also maybe I missed it in the listing but you have to walk 15min to a 7/11 to get and drop off the keys.

This was a nightmare experience, after having enjoyed a previous stay. The air vent was blowing air from the dumpster into the apartment and rotting trash was left from the previous occupants. On the second night the carbon monoxide batteries were low and began to beep every 60 seconds throughout the night. On both occasions, the host was unhelpful and largely unresponsive except to say that they would not issue any refund and could not assist further. Worst business stay of my 20 year career.

Good location, okay stay
The location of this rental was perfect. The listing was accurate and all amenities listed were present. I will also say the water pressure in this rental was the best of any rental that I’ve ever been to. However, the process to rent it is a headache. There’s so much documentation that needs to be completed including a picture of you holding your ID which doesn’t work well over the link they sent. The front door to the apartment building is so difficult to open to the point I thought our key fob wasn’t working. Staff was responsive in that situation. Checking out was also impossible because the key return receptacle wasn’t working. Besides that, the apartment was outdated and could definitely use some updates. The bed frame also sticks out and will cut you if you hit your leg against it so be careful (learned the hard way). Overall, it was a cheap stay and got the job done but it certainly could have been better and a smoother process.

Bummed Out!
I am disappointed that there is a decent cleaning fee when I ended up cleaning when I checked in. I wiped the floors down, and black gunk kept coming out of the AC unit onto the fridge. I don’t know if it’s the neighbors or if I was near a loud utility room or something. There was constant knocking every few minutes at all times!!! Getting good sleep was not happening. I didn’t enjoy having to walk way out of the way to pick up and drop off the key. That was inconvenient. The communication with Staynue was decent. At first it was hard to get a hold of someone when I first made the booking, but once they texted me I was able to text with them and get a quicker response. The location of the actual apartment was nice. Just overall, bummed out about the noise and the cleanliness of the place and having to clean up before my stay really began! Then paying for a cleaning fee.. then

No me gustó que no avisan que hay que caminar 5 cuadras para ir por la llave, eso es difícil con maletas. También regresar la llave con maletas es difícil. Y todo eso lo avisaron mientras estaba en un avión y no tenía for a de leer mis mensajes. El horno de microondas no sirvió y nadie contestó mis mensajes. La ubicación es muy buena, pero es muy mal servicio y muy incómodo e inconveniente recoger y dejar llaves
