With easier access to commuter rail station & public transport, one must be aware that the house sits in a vicinity of rail tracks and there could be distant rail sound during the busier times of the day.

Quiet hours: The neighborhood has families staying in other units. (10 pm - 8 am are strictly quiet hours). Loud music/noise/events strictly not permitted.

If you are bringing along a dog, we thought of letting you know that dog poop needs to be bagged and disposed from the yard. Please DO NOT leave the yard fence closed at anytime. The other units have access to the egress (pathway) while you have exclusive access to the grass area in the backyard.
