It's a little gem
It's a little gem!! Lovely location in Lincolnshire, near enough for the main birdlife sites. Run by Emma and Mark, a super friendly couple. The garden room enables a great space to sit in and relax, away from the bedroom. Breakfast was super-tasty and just the right amount of food. Great little home from home. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Emma was great! She was easy to work with and accommodated my schedule period she cooked wonderful breakfast the next morning and was so kind and friendly at check-in and when I left. Comfortable clean beautiful room and the conservatory was fabulous! Just what I needed

Good stay with a friendly host
In general all good. Emma was very friendly. The conservatory added much needed home comfort from home. Breakfast could include some cereals and fruits on top of the English and toast, to cater for different needs. A good stay.

Fabulous little B&B
Fabulous little B&B in a great location ideal for an overnight stay. The bed was so comfy, we both had a great nights sleep Having sole use of the conservatory was great & a lovely evening was spent watching the sunset. Accommodation was clean & comfortable with a lovely host who cooked us a great breakfast. We highly recommend this B&B 👍

Exceptional - "Solo Traveller"
From the moment I arrived I was extremely impressed with this B&B. The directions were excellent and easy to follow. Parking was easy. The owner was very attentive and efficient. The room was very smart, modern, clean and well laid out. I found the room quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price and the range on offer was good, the breakfast room/conservatory was clean, bright, and spacious with lovely views. I failed to find any negatives about this B&B, it truly was first class and I would definitely use again if in the area.

The property was very homely clean and tidy. The host was friendly and made us feel very welcomed. although it was only bed and breakfast we felt it would have been nice to have a microwave to reheat taka way food that was eaten in the dining room and possibly a little small fridge could have been placed there to. Because we arrived in March we felt cold in the dining room whilst watching TV and wished there was better heating in such a large dining area.

Great and late review
Lovely stay and the nice lady really went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. Place was immaculate and really well presented. Great stop before Boston marathon. I took ages over the review. Sorry but I got there in the sunshine end!
