Hotel itself is relatively new, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Room is cozy and efficient, free breakfast is not so gorgeously elaborate though, good enough. It’s located not in a convenient area if you don't have a car, neighborhood is not sophisticated, but considering the hotel’s costs, you couldn’t complain and can compromise.

Had one request at the check out which was a quite room. Got the room that was horrible noisy. Valet people loud as of 6am. Mediocre breakfast with stale bread and fruits. Police on the premises interrogated someone that broke the parking ramp. Disaster.

The Valley parking is a scam...especially when ig snows...you have to remove snow off your car and drive it from the parking lot

It was very clean. Area around hotel not as safe as possible. But that is not the hotels fault. It's a great location to the hospitals that we have a lot of appointments but you can't move the hotel.
