Worked well for us in preparation for an upcoming surgery. I can second what some other reviewers said about the noise from downstairs (other guests included multiple kids), but that quieted down at bedtime. We'd definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us.

The apartment is very clean and spacious. There are 3 parking spots which is a bonus in Boston. The owner was responsive although not always in a timely manner. Our experience was great!

Property was clean. Location could not be beat. The best part is that there was off-street parking which is a must in greater Boston. Only 15 minutes away from central Boston was so convenient.

Great Spot
We were in Somerville for a family party and this location was perfect. The condo is spacious and worked perfectly for all 7 of us. Parking in the driveway was a big plus as we have found in the past that it is difficult to get on street parking. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Aside from the malfunctioning smoke alarm our first night, we enjoyed our stay here. The water pressure was a bit low, but the location was great! Central and 20 minutes to most Boston sites. We enjoyed our stay!

Wedding weekend.
Plenty of room for my family. Only thing missing is a full length mirror and I don't remember seeing that is was on the second floor. My elderly mother struggled a little. I could have missed it though. Overall it was everything we needed.

Really nice spot for our short stay. Downstairs neighbors, T, and heating fan were a bit noisy, but it more than did the job for us. Flavia was very responsive and helpful.

Great find for exploring Boston. 4 nice bedrooms, beautiful kitchen. Only caution have to be able to handle a steep staircase and the t-stop is a bit of a walk but is a benefit because the house has free parking and boston parking is very expensive.

In the heart of Boston!
This is a second floor unit in the Somerville area of Boston. It is close to restaurants, shopping centers and the train. The area is quiet and the house is located in a cul de sac with it's own parking. The unit is perfect for families. There are four bedrooms, a spacious living room and kitchen area. Definitely consider a stay if you are visiting Harvard/ MIT or downtown Boston as it is quite close to everything. The host is very responsive which is a plus. We will definitely consider for our next trip to Boston.

Attention the address is Auburn ave and not Auburn street. Do not rely on the exterior appearance of the House because once inside everything is in accordance with the description on the rental site. Very spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Large bathrooms. Everything is perfect inside. Bus Subway nearby.The host responds quickly to our questions.

beautifull accomodation but not clean
We loved the accomodation it was big, beautifull rooms. Unfortunatly there was mouse poo on one of the beds. we let them know and they came to clean it straight away. then when we went to bed we found a pair of dirty socks in the bed... and more mouse poo jn the kitchen... we did report this but we have had no respons.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED
I cannot in good conscience recommend this host or property. I diligently searched for a property that would accomodate my family (particularly my elderly in-laws) for my daughter's graduation. After making the decision that this location would be great for it's amenities and location, I booked in July 2023 for a stay in May 2024. ON THE DAY THAT WE WERE LEAVING TO HEAD TO THE PROPERTY FOR OUR STAY, I received three emails at 7:00 a.m. informing us that our reservation had been canceled, our money refunded and that the property had been double booked. Although the host suggests the double booking was "an issue with their [VRBO] system," I STRONGLY suspect that the property was booked on multiple platforms and the higher price offered was taken. The host also said she was trying to contact local hosts to help but we never heard from her. What was to be a joyous time was tainted by the stress of trying to find substitute lodging 7 hours away, spending countless hours on the telephone with VRBO on multiple days trying to secure comparable housing and not receiving timely updates despite the fact that this was to be expedited-ALL WHILE DRIVING. Do not trust this host for important stays!
