This home is in a central beach location of Scituate; the local beaches are just steps away! You will be in good walking company with other residents and vacationers~

3. Scituate Lighthouse Park and jetty is a historical landmark with amazing ocean views (see photos)- 5 minute stroll or 2 minute drive.

⛱️ BEACH AMENITIES: Beach chairs, beach towels, body boards, sand toys, beach umbrellas, and coolers are provided for you. (Note: Snorkeling gear is not provided. AirBnB lists snorkeling gear as a general default amenity under Beach Essentials and it cannot be edited on my end.)

Experience true oceanfront living all day long! Start off your mornings with the stunning view of the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean and embrace the sweeping view of the dynamic waves. For an alfresco dining experience, you're welcome to use the grill, outdoor dinnerware, and paper goods for a convenient seaside barbecue! In addition, you can bring back the freshest seafood from Scituate's Mullaney's Harborside Fish Market or Island Creek Oyster Farm to enjoy with the amazing ocean view in the comfort of this home. At night, you can continue to enjoy the ocean views with the stadium light that shines over the ocean for a spectacular view.
🪴 LIVING AREAS: This home boasts two living areas for you and your group to spread out and enjoy. The home opens up to the main, family-friendly living room that is bathed in a plentiful amount of natural light, features a 57 inch TV, and can comfortably seat all guests. The additional living space, the "Sitting Room," has a 48 inch TV and a slider glass door to the front porch. This Sitting Room is adjacent to the bedroom with two twin beds (Bedroom #4) and has a door curtain for privacy. Guests of Bedroom #4 can use the Sitting Room for additional space.
🛏️ BEDROOMS :
This home features two upstairs bedrooms (king and queen) and two downstairs bedrooms (queen and two twins). The full bathrooms are located across or next to the bedrooms on each floor. You will be lulled to sleep by the beautiful sounds of the ocean tides while enjoying the comfortable beds. All bedroom windows are outfitted with blackout and room darkening curtains/shades for you to sleep in! The upstairs, King bedroom (BR#1) features a wet sink, mini fridge and a private patio (can be used as a separate entry, too)
🥞 KITCHEN:
The fully stocked kitchen is ready for you to create your favorite meals. Amenities include Keurig with hot/cold milk frother (coffee pods and sugar packets included), drip coffee machine, french press, electric kettle, 64 oz. Ninja blender, children dinnerware, sippy cups, 6 qt Multi-Use Instant Pot (pressure cooker, slow cooker, rice cooker all-in-one), toaster and more! Additional kitchen amenities can be requested, if not already included.
🧸 AMENITIES FOR CHILDREN:
0-24 Month bathtub, children toys/books, BPA-free kid dinnerware (plates, sippy cups, cups, bowls, flatware), children board games, baby clothes hangers.
Children safety supplies: 2 door knob covers, socket covers, Safety 1st Cabinet Slide Locks. The kitchen walk-in pantry and guest closet have door latches that are out of reach of children. Children supplies are available upon request.

The Cedar Point neighborhood is home to Sandhills beach, Museum Beach, and the beautiful coastal residencies. Residents and visitors routinely walk through the neighborhood soaking up the beautiful scenery and fresh sea air. You will truly enjoy this neighborhood!
PARKING: Up to 4 small - mid sized cars can park in front of the house. A full sized large SUV or a full sized truck will reduce the parking space to 2-3 spots.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: This home is conveniently located just 10 minutes away from the Greenbush Commuter Train Station. This train is a great option for an easy trip and will take you right into Boston!
BEACH and EAT/SHOP: Sandhills beach and Lighthouse park are 5 minute walking distance away or 2 minute drive. Museum beach is 9 minute walking distance away or 3 minute drive. The Scituate Harbor Cultural District, the local seaside village with shops and restaurants, is around the corner and ample parking is available. This district focuses on small businesses.
Widow's Walk Golf Course is 10 minutes driving distance away, open to the public, and 18 holes.
