- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A $500 fine will apply for violations.
3. No Parties or Gatherings:
- Parties or large gatherings are not allowed. Violations will result in a $750 fine.
4. No Pets:
- Pets are not permitted on the property.
5. Street Parking Only:
- Guests must use street parking. Parking instructions will be provided.
6. Stair Access:
- The apartment is on an upper floor, accessible only by steep stairs. Not suitable for guests with mobility issues.
7. Urban Neighborhood:
- The property is in a lively area. While the apartment is quiet indoors, guests should be mindful of the surrounding environment, particularly at night.
8. Quiet Hours:
