Beautiful Boston Brownstone!

Stunning top to bottom renovation of this beautiful brownstone located in the heart of Boston on the Back Bay South End line. We currently have over 200 5 star reviews between our properties on the various platforms.

This unit offers wide open living, dining and kitchen space with gorgeous refinished original pine floors, dramatic ceilings with refinished original moldings, exposed brick throughout, brand new top of the line stainless refrigerator, 5 burner gas stove, built in microwave and white custom kitchen cabinets with white quartz countertop and backsplash. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed and gorgeous marble bathroom is stocked with hotel quality bath towels as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow dryer.

There are 2 bedrooms - one master with king size bed and one smaller bedroom with exposed brick and high quality daybed that pulls out to a king. Both have gorgeous new bedding.

We have installed high definition flat screens in each bedroom including a 60" smart TV in the living area and each room has high efficiency remote controlled mini splits for heat and air conditioning. There is also a new high end full size washer dryer in the unit and plenty of closet space in each bedroom.

Magical Christmas Holiday
This property was the perfect backdrop for our Boston Christmas getaway. Sue’s beautiful brownstone was comfortable, in a perfect location, and so beautifully appointed. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was outfitted with everything we would possibly need, and the couch/TV area was perfect for gathering to watch Christmas movies. Sue was so helpful and added some little touches to make our stay very festive. We would definitely choose to stay here again. Just lovely!

Both our kids go to college in Boston. We wanted a place where we could be together and cook together for Easter weekend. This place could not have been more perfect. Location is ideal. Hosts are amazing. The place is beautiful.

We stayed while moving our son into his apartment at Northeastern. Easy check in and out, apartment was clean, cozy and well-appointed, and Sue was great to work with. On-site parking is a plus!

Fantastic stay
The brownstone is beautiful, clean, and in a great location near the Mass Ave T stop. Sue (the owner) was easy to reach and very helpful. She even started our week off with a fridge full of coffee, half and half, English muffins, jam and butter, and Perrier. I highly recommend staying here and we will stay here on future trips to Boston!

A bright, delightful place to come home to.
Sue and David were thoughtful, engaged hosts. We loved this apartment and its amenities. Just steps from the Orange Line of the T, and centrally located, we used public transportation easily and often. The place is really nice, with everything you'd need.

Great Place for a Family Visit to Boston
The location of the place was great and the hosts were super responsive. It's very close to a couple grocery stores, the T and many places to eat. It was very well equipped along with some nice touches including a list of things to do and coffee and condiments to add to a nice meal. I would highly recommend. :)

Beautiful brownstone with owners taking exceptional thought of all details. Property is exactly as pictured with very convenient location to grocery, Fenway Park and restaurants. Kitchen is well stocked, beds very comfortable and marble shower with fast hot water for an older building. We celebrated a graduation and engagement with family and the living/kitchen space flows smoothly for a buffet serving. Overall a great experience and we would highly recommend this beautiful brownstone!

Sue and David were amazing hosts! They were super-fast with communication and so helpful and willing to suggest fun activities and yummy restaurants. The location was perfect for us. Just a 10–15-minute Uber to well…everywhere! The location is also a great location to walk to many restaurants and hot spots. The space was perfect for us family of 4. The beds and linens were very comfy. The place itself is gorgeous. If ever in Boston again, we would stay here!

Beautiful in the heart of Boston!
When my family and I were originally reading the reviews for this property, so many people said to stop looking and stay here. I was sold! This was, by far, the most beautiful and comfortable VRBO that we have ever stayed in! It is in walking distance to everything (we even walked home from the northend one evening) , blocks from the orange and green lines. In the evenings we walked to Newbury or Boylston for all of the entertainment and dining. I cannot thank Susan enough for being such a gracious host! We can't wait to come again!

We loved this place - clean, well stocked - coffee, creamer, lots of towels, toiletries, extra blankets, washer(with a efficient high speed cycle) and dryer. Excellent communication with David and Susan. David met us upstairs to ensure easy, first time access. We chatted forever! Tons of tips/restaurants recs provided by hosts -so helpful. Walking distance to Boston Common. It could sometimes be a little loud at night due to street noise but bedrooms were in the back so we slept peacefully in comfy beds. We'd definitely stay here again, if nothing else to see David and Susan!

Comfortable and Convenient
My wife and I were in Boston for leisure to walk the city and experience many of the historical landmarks. This residence worked fantastic as it was within walking distance of many of the locations we intended to visit, and when not, the subway was only half a block away. The unit is as advertised, updated and clean with plenty of room for two Susan was very accommodating, responsive and helpful. The only downside was being on a busy street and some of the usual city issues, but I would certainly recommend it to anyone wanting the convenience of being close to all of the sites and activities that Boston has to offer.

Great stay
We really appreciated our stay. It was a great location - half a block from the metro, on a bus line, walkable to Whole Foods for groceries (and also walkable to the symphony if you’re going there). The hosts were very responsive and helpful in figuring out some small tv issues really quickly. I know I read all other reviews looking for this info, so I’ll share in case it’s helpful for others - the apartment is on the 2nd floor of a brownstone walk up. In case someone in your party has mobility issues, it’s helpful to know there are stairs up from the street to the door, then up a flight to the apartment. Once there, it’s a very well laid out apartment and the building itself has great character. Thanks for the stay!
