"I was visiting Boston for two weeks, easy check in and received a tour of the studio. Immediately was greeted with a great view of the city line with huge windows as I walked in the room. If you want a luxury feel and convenience whether walking or via car to shopping, dining and beautiful scenery it is worth it. "

"Beautiful view of Boston and the property was immaculate. The park office is only open on weekdays but there is a parking garage next door which I had to find myself. "

"Having to have cleaning of the room as an extra charge should be noted clearly for any future occupants. The unit is not close to any restaurant or store unless you want to walk 10 minutes to get there and carry anything back. It is not convenient to anything of note. Would not stay there again. It was clean but that's the best I could say for the property. "

"The stay and location is excellent. Please make sure the AC is working, I had booked a stay for a night and AC just didn't work and I hardly slept as it was too warm in the room. I had to open the windows."

"We stayed in one of the penthouse units. The suite was clean and had nice features. It was a great location for site-seeing in Boston and the view is very nice of Boston Common and the state capitol building. However, the area has some homeless people and some rift raft. We never felt threatened though since we were in a group of 5. The Monty is next to a church which has a clock tower and the bell rings every 15 minutes and rings longer on the hour. It is loud and at night you can't sleep...

"The place was great, I would love to come back next year. My only issue which is at 9 am this morning, housekeeping came into my room while I was in my underwear sleeping in bed. Our check out time was at 11 am. It was quite embarrassing and not a fun way to wake up. "

"This was a great stay and location in Newtown with good restaurant and coffee shop options in walking distance. The place was exceptionally clean and right next to the Green Line T station. Stas was a great communicator and offered tips and suggestions for the local area. "

"The general maintenance of the building and the unit needed attention and care like broken towel bar, dirty and smelly shower curtain, and much needed cleaning inside the elevator. The location was noisy due to close by highway and street cars. "
