"We where very disappointed by the charges for our dog. 30 euro per day extra for the dog. Can you explain where the more costs is coming from? If you charge an extra fee at the end of our stay for extra cleaning of the room I would understand. We enjoyed our stay very much, but we won't come back next year."

"This is typical business hotel with very nice and helpful stuff. Dinner was served after hours which was a great help. Had everything i need and the only downside was the smell in the room. Smell is like you are in stable. Was so bad, so it woke me up in the night. "

"Hotel was good, and we would definitely consider staying here again. It is located only 400m from the ski slopes, the cold buffet breakfast is decent, and the hotel is spotlessly clean - including the bathroom in our room which looked brand new. The only criticism would be that the beds weren't terribly comfortable - mattresses were hard and each bed only had had one very small pillow . "We had a wonderful stay at Hi Hotel in Trento, Italy, which was highly recommended by a friend who lives in Trento. The newly renovated rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. One of the highlights was having a jacuzzi on the deck of our room, perfect for relaxation. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel’s location was ideal, within walking distance to many attractions. Overall, I highly recommend Hi Hotel for a delightful stay in Trento!"

"Be Place is a gem of a hotel on the outskirts of Trento. We had a wonderful experience staying in this charming hotel. We enjoyed our room, which featured a picturesque view of the mountains. The staff were friendly and accommodating. And the breakfast was easily the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever experienced, with a selection of incredible pastries and local foods, like cured meats, cheese, and fruit. I can’t wait to come back. "
