"Truly amazing place, not to be missed if you’re in the area. The staff Onu particularly, was excellent with us from the minute we got there giving us a drink on arrival along with an upgrade . The location is a one off delight with all sorts of things on offer along with excellent food from the restaurant. 10/10"

"It is a lovely traditional house and we had the top floor to ourselves. Stairs might be a bit difficult for elderly people. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast nothing special."

"Close to bus stop for otogar and old historic area of Kastamonu. My room was on 6th floor overlooking castle. Modern hotel, but no breakfast available. Kettle in room. Great stay but the bed mattress was not comfortable. Wish I had stayed longer. The old part of town is gorgeous. You can walk up to the castle but it's hard work. Quite steep lanes. There's also a cable car station, work in progress. If it ever gets finished. Looks as if they ran out of money to complete the project!!! "

"Staff at reception are friendly and helpful. Entry to reception looks old and corridors to rooms are dark and old too. Once inside the room, it is comfortable and clean although carpet is a bit old. Simple breakfast of 1 hard-boiled egg, bread, cheese, jam, free flow of tea. No coffee but u have coffee sachets and tea sachets and boiler in room. There is no aircon nor fan but outside was cool -so not really need aircon. If u open the window can hear sound of cars. The mosque is quite loud....

"Nice Hotel, however it is located in National Mountain Park and if you travel with your car they charge you entrance fee of 14 TL per day despite you are a hotel guest. Reception didnt register my spouse and he had difficulty ordering any services due to hotel was not seeing him as a guest staying in. Lots of stray cats and dogs, which hotel is not feeding and not allowing guests to feed them."

"otel çok guzel bir yerde fakat özel aracınız yoksa gitmeniz çok zor ve şehirden biraz uzakta.Yapı olarak güzel ve yeni bir yapı olmasına rağmen işçilik çok kötü birkaç kapida da dikkat ettim kapı boşlukları var ve icerideki ışık vs. cok rahat görünüyor.Benim kaldığım odanın banyosunda prizle duvar arasina 1 parmak girecek kadar bosluk vardı tehlikeli bir durum. sabunlugun altina elinizi dumduz sokmaniz gerekiyor cunku sabunlukla lavoba arasinda cok ufak bir bosluk var.. duş telefonu...

"Orta kalıte. Odalarda kattle yok , kendınız kahve getırsenız ıcemezsınız . cocuga mama yapıcaz suyu asagı ınıp ısıtıyoruz. Bar fıyatları 2024 nescafe sade 85 lıra o sekılde pay bıcebılırsınız . Yemekler orta kalıte ve cesıt calısanların bazıları cok suratsız malesef. aksam yemegınde alkol alımı hos degıl . Alkol ıcın ayrıca saat veya duzenleme yapılmalı , kımse kımsenın alkol kokusuna katlanmak zorunda degıl arkadaslar. Aksam yemegı yanında alkol mu olur ? "

Cok buyuk bir beklentimiz olmamasina ragmen kahvaltida beyaz peynir ve cay (masanin ortasina icinde 1 tane sallama poset atilmis kocaman bir TERMOS vardi ancak onu cay diye icemedigimiz icin saymiyoruz) bile yoktu! En azindan dogru duzgun demlenmis bir cay istedik fakat o da gelmedi ve tatilimizin tek kahvaltisini caysiz yapmak zorunda kaldik,...
