"Well, we paid for bed and breakfast but couldn’t even find the reception building, let alone the breakfast area! We were sent a PIN code to access the property and entered without a problem at around 6pm. We looked for the reception/breakfast area but couldn’t see anything around the property that was even open. We may have missed it but to be honest I feel like I paid for something I didn’t receive so am a little disappointed. On top of that I received a text on the morning of checkout asking me to pay for the two nights we stayed, but we had already paid via Expedia. All slightly unusual I’m afraid. I’d be keen to hear back re this review "

"Very clean room with spacious bathroom. Heating in both worked very well. Excellent convenient location across the road from the main ferry terminal (for the Hurtigruten and Havila coastal voyages) and Airport Express Bus stop. Local bus stops, supermarket, shopping mall with pharmacy, Tromso's pedestrian high street (Storgata) and northern lights tour meeting points are all within 5 minutes walk. My arrival was delayed by 17 hours due to the last minute cancellation of 2 long haul connections by the airline but the hotel held my room booking for me when I messaged them en route. The included buffet breakfast was excellent! Andy at the reception desk was very kind and nice when I finally made it to check-in at 12 midnight. He told me where I could walk along the waterfront to see the northern lights. After an exhausting and unexpectedly stressful 45 hour journey and 4 flights, it was a welcome relief for check-in to go so smoothly. Note: Photos on the hotels.com and official hotel website showed the double standard rooms have sea views but this is not the case. Room 728 has a slightly obstructed city view. "

"If you're looking for a place to just crash, this is it. There isn't anything super special about this place, but they don't advertise it as otherwise, so you're getting what you pay for. The only thing I wish they warned us about is they were doing major renovations during our stay which is great for future clients, but kindof a pain for us. They were replacing the bedding and literally walked into our room while we were in there lol. All in all, not a bad option if you won't be in your room for long. "
