"Outstanding Hotel, one of the best actually that I have stayed in Sarajevo. Conveniently located right in the shopping center access to Sarajevo City Center. Hasan who works at the reception has not only provided the best service but always went above and beyond to ensure we have wjat we needed. One example was when we were trying to find taxi to attend Severina Concert. He immediately ensured taxi was available while we were waiting in the lobby. Thank you Hasan for all of your outstanding service, professionalism, during our stay here."

"The hotel is within short walking distance to town centre. Walking to appariton hill and cross mountian is pleasant specially when the weather is cooler. The ladies in reception are very helpful. The staff at the restaurant for breakfast are attentive making sure there is always warm food and you have all you need.
