"Lovely place to stay and relax, great pool and sauna facilities. Nice restaurant and bar and easy parking. Nothing else around except a separate Italian restaurant which was basic but served fab food at good prices - a nice alternative to the hotel’s own restaurant. Safe and easy parking."

"It was clean although the walls were very thin. Area was a bit weird, also no staff on site and the balconies are all joined (no separations). For a solo female traveller I would think twice about staying here again."

"First off this hotel was great. We had stayed 4 nights and enjoyed it very much. The hotel staff were so friendly, nice, and welcoming. They all spoke English which made it very easy to ask questions or order food. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was all delicious and the scenery around the hotel is so peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were clean, beds comfy, house keeping was great, and overall the property is very well kept. If you are traveling to Mertesdorf or trier I would recommend this small but wonderful hotel to anyone!"
