"If I could rate our stay 10000/10 I would. Staff friendliness and kindness went above and beyond. The cleanliness of the hotel and the room was impressive and the bed made us feel like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast was lovely as well. Also it’s a 15 minute walk to Burley Village. "I arrived late, but Chris had given me info on how to access my room, which made it very easy. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I needed to leave earlyish and the time for my breakfast was brought forward. The breakfast was a really good, with plenty of choice and cooked to perfection. Also, the hotel is conveniently close to the train station. I would definitely stay again if I find myself back in Bournemouth "
