"We had a super 2 weeks in this villa. Giuseppe is a brilliant host. From day 1 communication was helpful and prompt. All information was passed on at the relevant point. He could not have been better. The villa is really well-equipped and comfortable. The pool was a real boon when the weather was hot and was well maintained and cleaned every few days. The villa was easy to find and was well placed to access a lot of local sites. Thank you, Giuseppe for a fantastic holiday."

"Beautiful property but many millipedes everywhere, water off several times, dogs barking every night, nosy owner who came by daily and we had to pay for electricity used for time there. We have rented many times from HomeAway but never was charged for electricity. We did get deposit refunded the day we left minus charge for electricity. Besides the above we did enjoy our stay there."

We were also able to walk to the Valley of the Temples. Our host made great restaurant recommendations. We had a delightful meal in the old city at Sal8. We would stay here again."

"Owners were lovely and so kind. The house was quite small, as was the pool, which isn't obvious from the photos online. Gorgeous view from the house. We truly enjoyed the quiet and lovely sunsets. If you turn right outside of the driveway you can walk to a local beach to see the sunset. But better drive to another if you want to enjoy beautiful, clean water. One note. There is only A/C in the main living area, and we were unable to sleep due to the extreme heat. We ended up sleeping on the floor...

"The ride up the mountain on roads that are almost impossible, people were yelling at us and telling us to go away. There should be better instructions on how to get there and what roads to take. Thankfully my husband is a great driver but we were terrified. The WW2 era apartment was eclectic at best. If you are driving I wouldn’t recommend this place"

If driving, heads up to putting "via Athnea" as part of the address, as the street is not one you can drive on, it is a long staircase street. Die Adresse war genau, nur hat uns die Information gefehlt: das ist der Portal links ;) Nah von Selinunte (60 kms), Eraclea Minoa (10 kms). Klein Geschäft mit Brot und wichtige Sachen zu Überleben (Oliven, Prosciutto, Saft, usw.). Wir wollten länger bleiben, aber leider müssten wir zurück nach Hause ;("

"Leider eine große Enttäuschung, die Beschreibung im Text passt überhaupt nicht zu dem Objekt. Es ist zwar ein Haus aber wir hatten lediglich eine Wohnung oben, die nur über eine Treppe zu erreichen ist (davon stand nichts in der Beschreibung). Es gibt nur eine sehr schlecht ausgestattete Outdoor Küche und keine weitere drinnen wie beschrieben. Beim Inventar hat es an allem gemangelt, bei 8 Personen hatten wir z.B. nur 4 Tassen, viel zu wenig Besteck, Ofen der kaputt ist und vieles mehr. Die...
