"We had a fabulous week, we were met by the lovely Florence when we arrived who showed us around and explained the property. The photographs online do not really do it justice and it exceeded our expectations.The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and all bathrooms had a hairdryer. The separate laundry room with an additional refrigerator was a bonus. The beds were comfortable with extra pillows if needed. The beautiful garden was huge and well maintained with stunning views over the valley....

"Overall this was very good. Friendly staff. Nice big bedroom. All very clean and tidy...although it could do with updating, especially the bathroom. The bathroom was very clean but tired...although well scrubbed. The breakfast was plentiful with fruit, cereals, pastries, meats, cheese etc We didn't eat evening meal but it looked OK, but we went to old town Brive for a look around. Overall excellent stay and especially considering the low cost."

"Very central to getting into town but there were people outside for hours hanging around the public toilets. Also the market stalls started setting up at 3am and our room overlooked the front so was very noisy. "

"The hotel does have private parking contrary to Expedia info so don’t use expensive on street parking. Restaurant is good and staff friendly. "

"Unfortunately the system for checking in remotely was extremely slow and took over an hour for our room number to be sent to us so although paid for the room’ could not get in."
