Muted colour grace the ID peppered with Batik elements and sympathetic art works streaming to the bedrooms. The pool in the podium block is breath taking in quiet intimacy with the landscape, bringing you away from the madding crowds. "The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room is located at 7flr and the restaurant is on the 8flr just above our room. During our stay there, we are always awaken by the noise above as the restaurant is getting ready for breakfast every morning. "

"The breakfast was good. Staff are friendly. They only had one elevator working so that was a bit inconvenient. The location of the hotel is good. It was a few minutes walk to Galleria Mall. It was a bit far from Malioboro. Here are plenty of nearby eateries "

"We love the hotel and enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet. We ate dinner there and the food was good. Bizarrely, wine was unbelievably expensive with the cheapest bottle being over $200. When we said that the restaurant and the front desk they said that a lot of people say that. Roaster and bear around the corner is a very good restaurant with $30 bottles of wine. "

"We liked the Colonial architecture, and the size of our rooms was very spacious. Great views of the rice fields, its lush greenery landscapes. The meals were delicious, especially the breakfast buffet. Nice variety for us. Also the staff were very welcoming and it had a cozy atmosphere throughout the hotel. "

"I traveled to central Java as a solo female to run Borobudur marathon. There are several 5 star resorts in the area, I spent a significant amount of time making a decision and I am now more than happy with my hotel choice, Le Temple Borobudur. The grounds are immaculate, designed to perfection with a piece of art or plant or just another unique stupa at every corner, an ideal place for a short mindful walk to start or to end your day. Le Table, is probably the most serene and beautifully decorated restaurant I have ever been. The staff was very professional, yet friendly and relaxed, willing to accommodate all my food requests, also very knowledgeable and informative about Javanese cuisine. Rishma, in particular, was very kind and attentive, she made my meal time a true calming and mindful experience. The complimentary afternoon tea is absolutely to not be missed, I enjoyed it in silence in the privacy of my beautiful stupa or on the rooftop of the restaurant, alone, while taking in the 360 °stunning greenery of the valley. It was delightful to finally meet Kiki, guest relations officer, after months of excellent online communication. She was flexible and patient, she also made pre arrangements for all my activities and she ensured prompt and high quality transportation.
