"We stayed here back in July and loved it, so this was a return visit. First night wasn't so good. The hotel had shut down the air conditioning for the winter season. We were given a top floor room with a balcony. Even with the patio door open all night, the room didn't cool and stayed at 23 Deg C. Way too warm for us to sleep, plus the outside noise too. This is a quiet Country Club style hotel with a renowned and top value restaurant in a rural situation just to the east of Spain’s famous sherry producing and horse fair city, Jerez de la Fronteira.
