More than expected, but we were so happy to be there because we were visiting with friends. With two couples, I think we would rent a larger place next time. It was certainly adequate and we finally got the Wi-Fi to work, which was great.

Description of property very misleading
The location, Port de Bormes, is stunning. 10 Minutes from a gorgeous sandy beach, with great beach restaurants; the port itself has some really good restaurants within it and some amazing boats as a background drop. However, the communication from the agent was poor, with us having to chase information about key pick up and check in times. She also initially wanted 1000 Euros as a deposit, and then dropped it to 500 when we challenged her. The apartment was not numbered on the outside and difficult to find and very dated . The instructions had been to pay the deposit by cheque, but obviously they wouldn’t accept an English cheque, and we didn’t have the cash with us. We would have been very dubious handing to a 3rd party anyway, as the agent sent the cleaner to let us in. The apartment is not a 2 bed apartment at all: it is really 1 bed, separated by boarding with a narrow bunk bed added.No window. Fairly claustrophobic. The toilet seat was broken, and the shower curtain was filthy and unhygienic. You have to stand in the bath tub to shower, which is not a problem, but the bath is so thin, it flexes even under slight weight of a child. We paid 75 Euros to have this tiny apartment cleaned after we left, and hadn’t even landed back in the UK when we received abusive texts from the agent about leaving a mess and not cleaning up. We did not leave a mess, but did expect the fridge and rubbish to be emptied as part of this fee.

We had a super week with this as our base. Only problem is that although advertised with internet access, there is none and we were expected to use the free access in a local bar or restaurant. Met by very helpful lady and would reccommend.

Apparemment fonctionnel et bien équipé avec grande terrasse et vue sur le port. Belle piscine mais eau très fraîche nous n’avons pas pu trop en profiter. Par contre plaque de cuisson trop petite pour mettre 2 poêles qui seraient à changer (abîmées) rafraissement à faire dans les toilettes et salle de bain. Odeur du restaurant dans le hall et vieille moquette sur les marches d’escaliers. Musique du restaurant un peu forte. Sinon le coin est très agréable tout à proximité et belles promenades à faire. Content de notre séjour hors saison.

Emplacement excellent et proprietaire a l'écoute.
Très bonne situation avec une vue sur le quai d'honneur. Le logement est au dessus d'un restaurant, mais cela m'est pas une problèmatique. La piscine est accessible 6 jours sur 7. Commerces, restaurants et marchés très proche. Le proprietaire bertrand est très reactive et à l'écoute si vous avez une problematique sur le logement. Le seul point de vigilance, c'est la conciergerie.

Schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage
Positives: Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und ist perfekt ausgestattet. Uns hat wirklich nichts gegeehlt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, unweit vom Strand und allen Geschäften. Die Restaurants unten haben uns nicht gestört, man hat Geruch und Geräusche wahrgenommen, aber wir haben uns nicht beeinträchtigt gefühlt. Negatives: Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung könnte besser sein. Der Balkon wurde überhaupt nicht gereinigt, die Nachtschränkchen waren verstaubt, Fußboden nicht besonders sauber. Insgesamt wird die ehemals bestimmt sehr schicke Anlage wenig gepflegt. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gefallen und wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Appartement propre relooké, grand balcon fonctionnel, belle vue sur le port, proximité directe de la plage belle piscine au sommet de l'immeuble avec belle vue mais mais dont nous n'avons pas pu profiter hors saison. Mais plusieurs points négatifs, immeuble vieux, années 80, avec isolation thermique et sonore vraiment légère. C'est peut être la faute à pas de chance sur le temps cette semaine de vacances avec un mistral très fort, mais nous sentions la pénétration de l'air froid dans l'appartement sans compter le bruit des hurlements du vent qui arrive à ouvrir une porte fenêtre volet fermé. Hall d'accueil vieux et un peu délabré absence d'ascenseur non spécifié dans l'annonce avec vieille moquette sur les marches d'escaliers et odeurs des cuisines du restaurant d'en dessous. La situation au dessous d'un restaurant fait aussi caisse de résonance. Wifi extrêmement lente. Bref l'appartement est idéal pour ceux qui aiment l'animation, pas pour ceux qui recherchent le calme et l'intimité. Séjour mitigé.

Schöne Wohnung in traumhafter Umgebung
Es war sehr schön in dieser Unterkunft. Alles war wie beschrieben. Der Strand ist wirklich nur 3 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt, man kann ihn vom Balkon aus sehen. Der Pool ist auch wie beschrieben mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht auf den Ozean. Die Austern schmecken vorzüglich und sind als einziges in der Umgebung nicht sehr teuer (vergleichsweise). Einziges Manko: Da die sehr nette „Rezeption“ persönlich zur Übergabe erscheint, darf man nicht spöter als 19-19:30 anreisen. Dies ist ein wichtiger Punkt, wenn man mit dem Flugzeug anreist.
