"Fantastic service in the hotel and at the restaurant. Herr Otten at reception and Herr Krajnic in the restaurant provided five-star treatment. We received an upgrade to a wonderful junior suite with wooden floors and a huge terrace overlooking the front of the hotel with a great view of the town. We spent five wonderfully relaxing days and would come back anytime!"

"Gute Unterkunft, für die Insel moderner Standard. Top Lage direkt am Neuen Leuchtturm, sehr nah am Hauptstrand. Die Zimmer sind renoviert, stilvoll eingerichtet. Nicht so gut war, dass die Heizung beim geplant belegten Zimmer im November bei der Ankunft ausgestellt war und dass man den Stromstecker beim TV einstöpseln musste - sollte nicht passieren wenn man Gäste erwartet. Da auf Borkum doch recht viele Gäste für längere Zeit bleiben wäre ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer schön gewesen. Das...

"Das Haus ist zwar schon etwas älter, aber gut in Schuss gehalten und tadellos sauber. Die Zimmer mit Bad sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und recht komfortabel. unsere Matrazen waren ein bisschen zu weich und das Haus ist etwas hellhörig. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig, die Stadt gut zu erreichen und man kann Erkundungen in alle Richtungen machen. Die Inhaberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und der Service war einwandfrei - es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!"
