"The staff were very professional. And, very accommodating. Something rare in that city. The hotel rooms were well isolated. Therefore, despite being in the city center it was rather calm. "

"With regards to room amenities definitely not a 4 star. No kettle , slippers, ironing board and room outdated. Limited options during low season, food was average too. Staff was excellent & very helpful. Not much around the area just a few basic shops /cafes. Not an issue for most people but I would recommend providing a prayer area that people can use after check out. Overall stay : Average "

"The breakfast buffet was great, and the rooms themselves werent bad at all. The staff however, extremely incompetent, very slow to do things and very unwilling to help out. We'd sent an email detailing our arrival time and requesting an early check in, to which theyd agreed 2 months in advance. When we arrived however, they told us they had no rooms available and that we were going to have to wait. Took ages until the manager got involved and then it sorted out. All the hotels facilities close...
