"The front desk did lose a small item of mine I asked them to refrigerate but they offered to replace it. Loved my stay, loved the location, short walk to S bahn which opens up the whole city to you. They cleaned my room every day, even if I left after noon. My only complaint would be that there is no mini fridge in the room which would have helped with meds and drinks."

"We stayed for two nights over the new year to help our dog and newborn baby cope better with the fireworks -- Germany has crazy loud fireworks. We had one of the inner facing business rooms on the fifth floor. Our dog was able to make it through the fireworks in Berlin for the first time without hyperventilating and shivering himself into throwing up. We are so grateful.
