"Reception staff (especially on arrival - didn’t get his name: but he was so helpful and a credit to the hotel) v good Room was clean, well appointed & comfy One suggestion: operate a shuttle service to/from airport. €15-20 is a lot to pay a taxi for a 5 minute drive"

"Abbiamo scelto questa struttura per la relativa vicinanza allo stadio Inalpi per un concerto e ci siamo potuti andare a piedi con una camminata di 30 minuti, visto che non ci sono parcheggi nella zona del palasport. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo con colazione inclusa."

"The Residence is in a restricted traffic area, so you can't directly drive to it without a permit. Our navigation system was not able to find the address and we had to enter a different one nearby and then walk to the residence (about 500m).
