"This was a stunning property in a stunning area of real, non-touristy Italy. The villa was furnished in a traditional rustic style and was comfortable and well equipped. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms so you never feel crowded. The pool provides welcome relief when the weather heats up. "Beautiful spacious villa, it was immaculate inside and it had everything you will likely need in the kitchen. The place is very glamourous and it is even larger than it appears in the photos. The location is excellent and you have amenities nearby plus you're at the foot of the alps. The host was very friendly and couldn't do more to help. I'd certainly recommended this place for families looking for a quiet getaway."

"We had a great stay, property is amazing. The property manger was flexible on our check in and replied to our questions immediately and very helpful."

"What a beautiful Villa and property! This was our home base for day trips north to the Dolomites. There was plenty of space for us. The weather was very hot when we were there, 33° and higher. We had air conditioning in the attic bedroom. Air conditioning in the first floor bedrooms would have been ideal for our other guests."

"Totally enjoyed our stay. Views and backyard area are spectacular. Our group enjoyed Aperol Spritzers on the deck while taking in the view. Did not find road noise an issue at all."

"We had high expectations of this property given the past reviews and we were not disappointed! This is a beautiful property with a fabulous pool which allowed all family members aged 1 to 68 to interact and have fun. Patricia was an attentive host who responded quickly to any needs. We highly recommend this property "

"Friendly hostess and son, nice place with lots of history. The booking was through home away which I will never do again, beacause I wasn't able to book it only a request for a booking. Since there was no immediate action we booked another room elsewhere the next morning and just after that we got an email that the requested room was not only available but also booked and charged to our cc directly. This costed us a double payment for 1 night. More a home away problem than the resort."

"We had a wonderful family holiday with two small children (5 and 8 years old) and also two of their grandparents. The place is beautiful, with a very large garden to play in (trees to climb, swings, and even a funicular). The house was very clean, and the host very kind and responsive. Situated ideally between Dolomites and Venice both just 45 mins away."

"This whole region of Italy was incredible to us. Everyone was so nice and there was so much to do. Roberta and her family started with a tour of the property and then they connected us with a number of excellent things to do nearby including wine, beer, pizza, hikes and an adventure to remember for a lifetime. I hope one day to be back to this region. The children cooled off in the pool and lost to their parents in foosball multiple times. We saw Marmolada and Pedavena. We saw Grotta Azzurra...
