Location is ideal for exploring northern and central Skye and the views over the loch are stunning & give lots of opportunities to watch the seals (sadly the otters weren’t playing when we were there) The property owner left great information about the house and the area both before our trip and at the house. "The property was spacious, clean and well presented. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dogs and the hard floors were easily kept clean from muddy paws. The location of the property allowed us to visit many places during our stay and the caretakers local knowledge allowed us to find a beach close by for the dogs to play in the water. All in all, an excellent place to be in and be based from."

"Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by the hosts. They provided tourist information for the surrounding area sites, restaurants and shopping. Our room had everything we would possibly need and was thoughtfully decorated. The breakfast was amazing and fuelled our hike up The Old Man of Storr in rain, 50mph winds and sideways hail. Thank you for contributing to our special memories made in Scotland!"

"This was a LOVELY property and the owners are so kind. The view alone is worth booking for. Their restaurant (at the hotel) serves delicious dinner as well and is a short walk away. "

"Made to feel welcome,lovely cosy room and superb choice of breakfast options and Janet does lovely home made cakes which are free to guests. Very quiet and overlooking the water and lovely restaurant very close by called the old school house. "
