"Wonderful family run accomodation, easy to contact and they were very kind and accomodating when we were having trouble getting from the train station to the property. Clean, tidy and beautiful view from the room. It’s 10mins walking to the main area but public transport is scarce and virtually inaccessible so keep this in mind. "I can only speak for the room we stayed in (room 2), and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Additional cost cost on arrival for parking (about 15 euro per day - which I think is a lot). The host was not very flexible with payments and we had to leave to go and get the money before getting access to the room. The room smelled horrendously of mould and damp. We felt sick being in there and even with the windows wide open the smell was horrible. The room was freezing (colder than outside)...

"We had the best stay here. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We were able to walk right into town and through the castle grounds from the property. We enjoyed a lovely dinner in the main town and walked through the Christmas markets. In the morning we enjoyed a beautiful breakfast cooked by the staff. We will be back. It's a great little place, really close to the heart of the city, and the proprietors were available in the morning with a really nice breakfast and friendly and able to assist with any questions.
