"My wife and I stayed at the Bryne Hotell after a Burns Supper organized and hosted by the hotel. A very enjoyable event accompanied by traditional music (a visiting Scottish band), bagpipes, whisky, haggis and poetry. A great local band Ållveltes also played later in the evening which made for a fun night. Hope to do it again next year. "Pretty place. We only had one towel though and there were two of us. The shower wall had some black mildew on it which was kinda gross. Would’ve also loved more pillows. But the staff was friendly and enjoyed the bar service "

"Eilert Smith Hotel exceeded our expectations!!! This is a Luxury Boutique Hotel. They treat you like royalty right when you walk in the door. I would definitely stay there again in Stavanger. It was the best of all places we stayed in Norway. It didn’t have the most amenities or even the best views but it made up for it in service and quality of the room and everything in the room.
