"A good base from which to explore the area. The shops and beach were within walking distance and we enjoyed lots of walks with the dog along the beachfront. "largement suffisant pour 2,c'est bien de se sentir au large. Le propriétaire très gentil habite juste à côté,et partage un couloir avec les locataires.pas vraiment gênant,mais nous n'avions pas été prévenus.Un coup de tondeuse dans le jardinet le rendrait +agréable. la situation est excellente (plage "devant la porte") et très bons commerces juste à côté:Parfait!"

Le propriétaire sait se rendre disponible en cas de question, il est très réactif. Pour le ménage, c'était correct mais pas très affiné. La prise en charge se passe bien grace aux explications transmises par le propriétaire. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notrnotreséjour. "

Voisinage tranquille, accès au centre ville a pied, belle promenade autour et a l intérieur des remparts. Ville centrale pour visiter les Charentes comme les deux Sèvres Je recommande vivement , merci a Josiane et a son mari de nous avoir loué votre maison pour ces 15 jours."

"We arrived at the property to meet the house cleaner who did not speak English which made understanding the requirements challenging. The beds were not made and towels were not within the property and it seemed that we had to pay extra for these and had to make our own beds which was a surprise . We understood the requirement to leave €17 at the end of the visit for the cost of sheets and towels which we would not have expected. The property itself was wonderful, very spacious And had been well...

"What a spot! These brand new condos are in a pretty sprawling complex that is walking distance to the beach. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen functional and well stocked. The only strange thing about the place is that there are great 2 shower en-suites but only one toilet that looks like an afterthought in a laundry room - very bizarre. All in all a great spot, though, would recommend."
