"Wonderful stay. Very family friendly. Cinzia was amazing. We sent an email on the road to let her know we were arriving late, since I wasn't able to call with my cellular plan. On my next stop we checked and she had already answered to let us know not to worry and that she would be waiting for us. "Stayed in the off-season (October) so didn’t take advantage of the beach or pool but the hotel itself was nice. Breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. My particular room had evidence of water damage in the bathroom that hadn’t been properly repaired, but overall was a nice place to stay. "
