With 4 adults and 4 children we had plenty of space to either interact all together on the balcony or lounge area, or take ourselves away in one of the 4 bedrooms for some alone time. The bedrooms were comfortable. 3 of which had there own Aircon. The one at basement level had a fan and naturally remained cooler due to its position. "Overall the accomodation was ok, nothing amazing but comfy enough, it does need some attention however. The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. The sauna and gym were closed due to Covid-19, this is understandable but there was no mention of this online, and I tried calling beforehand to ask but no one answered. Then the 'hot tub' was in fact freezing cold, and all the staff could say was "That's how it's always been, it's never been...
