Apartment with a balcony and sea view, renovated in the characteristic historic center of Bordighera Alta, overlooking the typical Ligurian alleyways. The apartment is on the 1st floor and has an area of about 50 sqm. It consists of a double bedroom, bathroom, living room with sofa bed and TV, kitchen, and balcony. Bordighera Alta offers an authentic experience with many typical restaurants, and the sea is just a few minutes' walk away. There is also public parking for cars, and the train station is about 1 km away.

The accommodation is equipped with all amenities: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer. Guests are also provided with essentials such as salt, sugar, oil, Nespresso coffee capsules, towels, bed sheets, toiletries with shampoo and shower gel, toilet paper, trash bags, and cleaning essentials.
