"Overall excellent stay and lots of space for our family with 5 adults and a child. The location is very convenient and close to Cavendish and North Rustico. The cottage was very clean, nice big kitchen, and good wheelchair accessibility with a ramp, wide doorways, and hardwood floors. "We had a wonderful 2 week stay. This comfortable cottage was ideal for our extended family (of 8) with 2 youngsters and their parents in the cottages lower rooms. Great access to Cavendish and other wonderful Island beaches. The owners were fantastic in their communication. Certainly would stay here again and recommend it for others."

It has quite a spacious yard and lots of items were available to use (sand castle/ bucket/ shovel supplies for the beach, fold up chairs, booty board, and picnic supplies to mention a few) the nearby beaches were nice and not too crowded . "Our family had a great time at the Cordial House. The location of the property is top notch for our purposes. It's minutes away from the Cavendish beach and Anne of Green Gables heritage site. A few other beautiful beaches on the north coast are all within reasonable driving distance. There is a beach clamming place within walking distance where you can find a lot of softshell clams.
