Enjoy a superb stay in this flat, ideally located just 6 minutes from Place de la Victoire and 10 minutes from Gare Saint-Jean. Located on the 1st floor of a stone building, with a private entrance, warm and friendly, Le Rayon Vert is perfect for a stay with family or friends! It offers all the comforts of home, combining modernity with old-world charm for an exceptional stay in Bordeaux.

This flat is composed as follows
- A lovely, cosy living room with sofa, coffee table, television and dining table for four people
- An open-plan kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and plenty of cooking utensils.
- Bedroom 1 with queen-size bed (160X200) and en-suite bathroom with shower
- Bedroom 2 with a single bed (90X190)
- Bedroom 3 with a single bed (90X190)
- Bathroom with walk-in shower
- A separate WC

For your convenience, there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The flat is ideally located in Bordeaux, very close to the beaches, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- 5 minutes' walk from tramway line A (Hôtel de Police stop)
- 4 stops from Place Pey Berland and its famous cathedral
- On foot, you're 1 km from Rue Sainte-Catherine, Europe's longest pedestrian street, and 1.5 km from Bordeaux's historic quarter with all its restaurants and bars.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the nearby public car park.

Le Rayon "Very pleasant stay overall. Bedrooms were cosy, kitchen and bathrooms were clean, and the living area was very spacious. Our one issue was that the dishwasher didn't work throughout the stay, and when I reached out for support I got no reply. The area was lovely but got very noisy in the evenings. Various periods throughout the night we were disturbed by loud screaming, and even banging on neighboring doors. Understandably this is not the fault of the owners, but was a great inconvenience to us."
