Reposant et paisible
Accueil très agréable, à l'écoute et très professionnels. Cet hotel est parfait pour les couples principalement. Il convient aussi tres bien pour les voyages d'affaires. Les équipements sont complets. Sans hésitations je recommannde cet établissement et je me ferai un plaisir d'y revenir dès que possible

A faire !
Cadre magnifique, chambre idem. Petit déjeuner copieux . Super accueil et très sympathique. Pour la propreté les contraintes liées au Covid19 ont fait que pour un séjour inférieur à X nuits ils n avaient pas le droit de rentrer dans la chambre, 4 nuits pour moi . Sinon la chambre était impeccable à mon arrivée . Seul bémol , l écran télé qui est tout petit lol . Je recommande cette adresse .

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel de charme, établissement super, ainsi que le personnel, très calme au milieu des vignes...à 25 minutes de Bordeaux. Chambre très confortable, le soir il est proposé 1 menu unique entrée, plat et dessert. Seul petit bémol le petit déjeuner est un peu succinct. Nous y retourneront avec plaisir.

Hôtel de charme avec Jacuzzi et sauna bien agréables. Environnement calme, accueil très chaleureux. Repas a menu unique mais malgré tout satisfaisant. Petit déjeuner buffet très correct. Dommage que notre chambre (Château d'O) ait une forte odeur d'égouts désagréable. Certainement un "couac" inhabituel car de nombreux clients habitués étaient présents, ce qui signifie leur satisfaction globale pour cet établissement.

The hotel and location is very good,sadly due to my error in not checking the date of our check in for 1 night ,we turned up on the day I thought I had reserved but in reality was 1 day late according to my online booking The hotel charged me for both the incorrect night and the actual night of our stay . as it is an expensive hotel it has cost us a lot of money and distress of my own making. The young lady at our arrival was apologetic about us being charged twice but it was not up to her. the room we slept in was not booked for the night we did sleep over so the hotel did very well out of my genuine mistake No compromise was given which is reflected in my overall rating Be Warned ! Don’t make my mistake. Check your online inputting before submitting your reservations

Host Emily was very nice and tried to help in any possible way. I just asked for softer pillow and she brought me 3 excellent ones. Dinner was great, very homey and at the same time expended our gastronomic experience. Hope more people visit this place and have the same impression.

Excellent stay. The owner and staff are the kindest - making all the difference. Despite being a small hotel, they go out of their way to help with any request. Wonderful location, setting and beautiful property overall. Highly recommended.
