Cottage in the heart of the Fronsadais of 80m2 with sunny terrace, at the crossroads of all the vineyard paths, you can shine from Libourne to Bordeaux, from the castles of Blayais, to the cellars of St Emilion, the dune of Pyla, to the beaches of the coast . Swimming pool, ping pong table, children's games (trampoline, swing, slide, cabin ...) are available. You will find 200 meters from the gîte marked hiking trails for many hikes. Dogs accepted.

Perfect Gite!
An outstanding property! Ample entertainment for children… Foosball, Table tennis, jacuzzi, Sauna and a fantastic swimming pool. Large closed garden for our dog and secure car parking facilities. Owners property is close but they are so discrete and always available to answer questions if needed. Would return in an heartbeat. To you both, Thank You for a wonderful stay at your property.

Great holiday at a beautiful place
We booked this house for our holiday with our dog and from the beginning to the end it exceeded our expectations. When we arrived the owners were already waiting for us and were so kind and showed the house with all facilities. The house is everything you’ll need and the facilities were even more then we expected. The house has a beautiful pool with beds, jacuzzi, bbq (plancha) and much more! There is also a lot of space which made our dog very happy. The environment is breathtaking with forests, vineyards and beautiful chateaux. The owners gave some great tips to visit which were worth to visit. Finally, the owners were so kind and helped us with everything. We would highly recommend this place, because it’s all you are looking for in this area!

Nous avons passé deux belles semaines ou il est difficile de se motiver à bouger tellement le logement est cosy avec la piscine à 28°, le jacuzzi, le sauna et la plancha. Et que dire d'Alix et Christophe qui sont d'une grande gentillesse, attentionnées et disponible à tout moment. Si vous souhaitez passer de bonnes vacances , n'hésitez pas.

Lovely gite
We had a lovely holiday here. Chris and Alix were very friendly and respectful hosts. The property is very well appointed with both a pool and a hot tub to enjoy. The bed in particular was great, excellent mattress! Kitchen is well stocked and the shower is superb. Would definitely return.

Super semaine chez Christophe et Alix! Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir très beau temps et avec les grosses chaleurs nous avons passé tout notre temps à nous amuser dans la super piscine! Nous étions dans notre bulle et nous sommes sentis comme chez nous (et même le chien ;) ) Le jardin, le jacuzzi, sauna etc… tout est à dispo pour se sentir au top ! Les propriétaires sont extras et très gentils ! À réserver les yeux fermés pour une semaine de détente ! Merci à vous ! Anaïs, Quentin, Milann et Simba

Wir haben hier wundervolle Ferien verbracht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr liebevoll und umfangreich eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben die Ruhe genossen. Ausflüge nach Bordeaux oder ins Umland sind problemlos möglich. Das Auto steht sicher auf dem Grundstück.Ein kleines Paradies! Perfekter Urlaub
Wir haben als Familie (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder)einen super Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben und sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ergänzt wurde die Ausstattung um eine Waschmaschine, so dass es wirklich an nichts mehr fehlt. Perfekt für Groß und Klein ist der tolle Außenbereich mit Pool, Whirpool, Kicker, Tischtennisplatte.... Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert und wir haben zwei wirklich herzliche Menschen kennen gelernt, die bei Bedarf immer ansprechbar waren, aber ansonsten absolut auf Privatsphäre geachtet haben. Zusammengefasst: Ein super Urlaub in einem super Haus! Gerne wieder!!!!!

Eigenes Grundstück mit Pool und großzügigem Außenbereich
Ein weißes Tor und dahinter ein großes Parkplatz. Herzlich wurden wir von Christoph, Alexis und den drei Hunden in Empfang genommen. Die Gastgeber haben sich dann Zeit genommen und uns alles alles erklärt. Wir haben im Hinterhaus gewohnt und hatten den Pool und das dazugehörige Grundstück ganz für uns alleine. Das Haus von Christoph und Alexis ist zwar immer präsent, aber Rollos an den Fenstern und Türen waren immer unten. So hatten wir völlige Privatsphäre. Davon mal abgesehen arbeiten die beiden eh ständig. Das Haus war komplett eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern. Die Arbeiten in und am Haus haben die Gastgeber selbst gemacht und das wirklich professionell. Sowohl der Innenausbau als auch die Einrichtung und Dekoration sind fachmännisch und abgestimmt. Ein Gasherd in der Küche und ein Plancha im Garten. Ein Kühlschrank und eine separate Gefriertruhe. Spülmaschine gibt es nicht. Ist ok. Was für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern bei zwei Wochen Aufenthalt aber unpraktisch ist, ist die fehlende Waschmaschine. Diese ist auf Nachfrage aber angedacht. Wir haben uns mit dem Waschsalon beim Intermarche einen Ort weiter beholfen. Wäsche waschen, während man einkauft. Das passt schon. Ein Jacuzzi im Garten und eine Sauna in der Dusche. Eine Tischtennisplatte und einen Kicker. Ein Trampolin und ein Schaukel mit Rutsche. Wenn Zeit ist, wird diese bestimmt auch mal gestrichen 😜 Chris war stets hilfsbereit. Uns hat es gefallen. Danke

Merveilleux séjour
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce gîte accueil parfait rien à dire les hôtes sont à l’écoute et discret mes enfants se sont amuser tout y était pour passer un agréable séjour ( jacuzzi, piscine ,sauna, trampoline, balançoire et toboggan) même notre chien a été bien accueilli je recommande fortement ,vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit Hunden
Wir sind als Familie mit unseren beiden mittelgroßen Hunden verreist und sind alle sehr herzlich empfangen worden. Die Lage des Cottage ist im landesinneren, direkt neben dem Cottage des Vermieters - auf die Privatsphäre des Urlaubers wird hier jedoch geachtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben unseren Urlaub genossen. Die Vermieter Christophe und Alix sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir kommen wieder 👫🤸‍♂️🐕🐕

Beau séjour dans ce gîte et dans cette région que nous avons avons plaisir à voir et revoir.
Nous sommes restés une semaine dans ce gîte au calme (1 adultes et 2 ados), piscine très agréable surtout avec ces fortes chaleurs et prestations de qualité. Très bon accueil des hôtes et discrétion assurée. Je recommande, mention spéciale pour les cinéphiles ;-)

Après un accueil digne de ce nom par des propriétaires très gentils avec le coeur sur la main Vous découvrirez cette petite maison meublée avec goût Des petites attentions vous attendrons dans ce lieu Tout est correct, propre . Absolutely gorgeous
What a lovely place with loads more on offer than even the pictures show. Fuzeball, table tennis, massive projector screen and the hosts were so accommodating. There were some lovely walks for our dog and some real historic gems nearby like St Emillion 30mins away and Bergerac 1 hour. Nothing to fault absolutely incedible

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, la maison est superbe, la literie impeccable. La piscine, le jacuzzi et le sauna sont un vrai plus. Et un des points les plus importants pour nous : nos chiens ont été très bien accueillis, ils sont vraiment les bienvenus. Des hôtes accueillants, disponibles et très discrets. Week-end ideal
Nous avons passés un week-end au top. La piscine ,le jacuzzi et la plancha sont un vrais plus pour cette location . De plus les propriétaires sont à la fois très discrets et à l'écoute. Merci pour ce week-end qui c'est extrêmement bien passer. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation.
