Furnished rental in a beautiful 140 m2 shop, 3 bedrooms, large terrace, located in a very quiet street.

This property consists of:

- a well-equipped living room with two comfortable sofas, armchairs, coffee table, internet / wifi, TV
- a fully equipped American kitchen with oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, induction hob, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster and everything you need for cooking. You can take your meals around the bar intended for 6 guests.
- a 1st separate bedroom on the ground floor with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, a dressing room and a bathroom with bath, shower, sink and heated towel rail
- an independent WC
- laundry
- a beautiful equipped terrace

Upstairs :

- a 2nd bedroom with a double bed of 140 x 200 cm
- a 3rd bedroom with a double bed of 140 x 200 cm
- a large shower room with sink and heated towel rail

House equipped with hair dryer, washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.

A Week’s Holiday
The property was very clean when we arrived, though the patio area was in poor condition - the outside table and barbecue was dirty and the jacuzzi broken. It can be made more inviting. The house was very empty and lacked basic provisions. Luckily we arrived in the late afternoon and could purchase basics like hand-wash, tea, coffee, sugar, water and salt and pepper. Apart from these issues, the house was perfect for our stay and was ideal for trips into central Bordeaux.
