The space

Maison Mondernad offers a comfortable flat ideal for up to 4 people:
• Main Room / living room : comfy Queen-Size Bed with two niches on every side, electric plugs and cozy wall lights to read, watch a Tv series or a mobile device. At the living room, enjoy a Flat-screen Tv with an Apple Tv, a Chromecast and a comfortable sofa. Businesspeople will benefit from a dedicated working desk with surge protector and USB-A and USB-C plugs, an international travel adapter, office supplies, and good lighting.
• Second Room : Bunk bed for your family or friends. Plus, If you have small children, we will be provide a Pack ’n play (by request). Children will benefit from toys and books.
• Wifi access, books and board games will be at your disposal as well.
• Tea and coffee too !

Maison Mondenard also offers to you:
• A fully equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso Coffee maker, a Hot Water Kettle, a microwave, a Mini Fridge, and a dishwasher. Cooking basics are also at your disposal.
• A fully furnished bathroom with a bathtub, a hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, and towels. WC with toilet paper.
• For your clothes, a wardrobe, a washer / free dryer, a drying rack and an iron are also at your disposal.

• How does it work? Choose one literature book from our Bookshelves. You can bring 1 book to your home or simply, read it at Maison Mondenard. We love sharing literature in English, French, Spanish, German, Italian and more languages!
• (Optional) Bring a book you don't longer need and leave it on the dinning table for future guests. And if you feel motivated, leave a note inside!

Our Earth-friendly initiatives at Maison Mondenard :
• Green energy: whether you’re using the coffee maker, your iPhone charger or the Tv, renewable energy will be used at the Apartment (from hydraulic, wind turbine and solar power sources). We also encourage you to turn off lights and unplug devices and appliances when needed. A genuine gesture for the environment and energy transition.
• Selective sorting in Bordeaux: for organic waste (black bin), cardboard (green bin) and glass. To facilitate the apartment’s cleaning, we encourage you to sort household waste and use the specific bins inside the courtyard.
