a 1st bedroom with a double bed of 180 x 200 cm, a desk and a private bathroom with sink, towel dryer, hair dryer, bidet and toilet,
a 2nd bedroom on the mezzanine with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), a 5th extra bed and a private bathroom with sink,
a separate toilet,
a laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board.



Linen is provided (sheets, towels and dish towels) and beds are made upon your arrival. 


A bit of history:

The "Promenade de Tourny" was quickly lined with new houses, exclusively on the south side from 1746. A strict regulation imposed the alignment and limited the height to one level of attic above the floor, so that from the Château Trompette, one could shoot at the city in case of riot!
In the 19th century, under the pressure of the owners, the municipality authorized the elevation. There are now Haussmannian buildings whose decoration preserve the Louis XV style.

In the heart of Bordeaux
Easy check-in, great location (once we figured it out). Apartment was clean and fresh. We had 2 couples, and spent most of our time exploring the beautiful city and countryside. This apartment is so close to public transportation and lots of restaurants and shopping.

Amazing Location
This property is at an amazing location, cannot ask for more convenience and accessibility. The big issue we had was with the cleanliness of the bathrooms, in particular the shower curtain in the main bathroom. Overall, with a little more care to the cleaning this would be a 5 star property and it served my family fine during our stay.

Fantastic location
El apartamento está en un lugar excelente porque está cerca de todo y cerca del tram y buses. Puedes caminar y encontrar buenos restaurantes y supermercados. La comunicación con Jacobo muy buena ya que me respondía a mis preguntas y nos fue a encontrar cuando llegamos. El fue muy amable y nos explicó todo lo del depto y nos dio un mapa donde nos sugirió restaurantes y lugares turísticos. El apartamento estaba limpio y es muy amplio. Lo único que les sugiero es que cambien la cortina del baño principal que tiene mojo. El baño de arriba es bien pequeñito para adultos, no puedes ducharte parado, es muy incómodo. El otro baño tiene una tina bien alta que si eres mayor de edad, no podrías entrar. Deben modernizar los baños. Aparte de eso, todo está bien en el depto. Lo pasamos muy bien.

Perfect stay in old Bordeaux
Delightful apartment on Allay de Tourny. Short walk to Grand Theatre and tram stop that takes you to all the highlights. Grocery store around the corner. Several excellent brasseries nearby. Roomy, airy, quiet apartment with full well-equipped kitchen, washer, separate dryer, and elevator. Living room couches roomy and very comfortable.

Good location
It was a great location. The apartment was basic but very comfortable and good. The second bathroom has a very short shower which was fine for my three kids but an adult would have trouble standing. The check in process was great but when we had difficulty getting the door open in the evening (very old door and was very hard to open) no one answered the number we called. The apartment could use more than 2 coffee cups but had a full set of everything else. They were very nice to have laundry detergent and soap for us to use. The refridgerator was definitely too cold (froze our oranges) but hopefully they fixed that.

Very spacious layout and amazing location!
Very spacious apartment, such a relief since we were coming from a tiny hotel in Paris! Also amazing location, located super close to tons of restaurants and shopping, also close to tram stop if you want to travel a little further away. Only drawback is that if you want to take a shower, you'll have to hold the shower head - it's not the type that is fixed to the wall. Not the end of the world, just a heads up if you aren't used to that. ALSO - we found a hidden gem via a flyer in the entryway, there is a Wine/Beer spa on the bottom floor of the building. My wife and I decided on a whim to go float in bathtubs of wine, while also drinking wine and having a charcuterie board - very relaxing experience and super convenient, just had to take the elevator from this spot directly down there!

Confortable, pratique et agréable
Nous avons un séjour de 5 nuits à cet appartement. Il est parfaitement situé pour explorer tous les coins de Bordeaux même à pied dans le centre ville sans compter le tram à proximité. La carte d’accès au stationnement Tourny est un plus. L’appartement est très bien meublé dans un édifice ancien. La rénovation a été bien faite et la décoration est de bon goût. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle et permet facilement de faire ses propres repas. L’appartement est très tranquille même s’il est près des grands axes routiers. L’agence a bien répondu à nos questions et besoins. Aucune hésitation à recommander cette location.

The apartment is roomy and well equipped. The management company was responsive and helpful. The location is outstanding. there is no real shower. There is no smart TV. The air-conditioning worked great. The bed was comfortable. The living room furniture is a little low for us old folks.

Best location in Bordeaux!
Apartment was exactly as described and pre-visit communication with the owner was excellent. I knew where the closest Boulangerie, Boucherie and Fromagerie were before arriving so getting settled was easy. Quiche Lorraine from the Boucherie was our daily breakfast - one minute in the microwave and perfection! That and fresh fruit from the fruit stand around the corner made for a perfect start of the day. Having the washer/dryer while we were in the midst of a three week trip was heaven! During a very hot week, the A./C worked to perfection and the elevator to get up to the fourth floor with luggage was invaluable. The apartment was much larger than we needed but we wouldn't have had it any other way.

Terrible first impression as the apartment had NOT been cleaned prior to our arrival (even though the “check-in guy” said it was and obviously it had not been cleaned). The host did move quickly once they realized it had not been cleaned after the last rental so we left and came back and it was spotless. Phenomenal location in Bordeaux! The other downside is the hvac system is weak and does not cool the upstairs loft. Recommend servicing of the system as it needs it.

It’s all about LOCATION
Great location. Walking access to all Bordeaux attractions, including 5 minutes to river. Close Tram option to wine museum as well as easy return option back home after walking to attractions. Bakery, groceries and several restaurants are 5 min walk. Apartment is large and well appointed. Comfortable beds, good hot water and pressure. Full kitchen. Nice large TV. Air conditioning optimal/great for main floor & bedroom. Loft bedroom is warm when day temp above 30 degrees also toilet is on main level. This is not an issue but best for a family vs two couples. We were two couples at times during our very enjoyable month stay and it wasn’t a big deal. Second tub/shower and sink is on loft level. You won’t find a better location and main level is outstanding. Management staff is very helpful.

Amazing property in the perfect part of town. Would highly recommend. A/C is a huge plus. Showers and are a bit small but having the extra shower on the mezzanine is a big plus. Small “outdoor” seating is a fine feature at night. The main couch itself can sleep 2 people alone. Indoor parking down the street is amazing and the supermarket is 1 block away. Would definelty rent again when I return to Bordeaux.

Perfect for Family of Four
444 Tourny is a spacious, immaculate, and modern apartment in a classic Bordeaux building. Great area—close to Quinconces and le Grand Théatre—with a Carrefour grocery store, and the excellent Boulangerie Paul a two-minute walk away. Two nearby tram stops (easy, efficient light rail that goes everywhere) make it very easy to get around Bordeaux. All in all, a fantastic place to stay—and the Bordeaux Autrement team quick to respond to your every need. Enjoy.

Perfect location, beautiful apartment
This apartment is even better and bigger than the photos would indicate, and there were more bathrooms than I expected. There are 2 (one small and one large and each has a bathtub w/shower nozzle) plus there is a toilet room near the kitchen. Though there were only two of us, four people would be quite comfortable here. They start you out with basics like toilet paper, coffee filters and soap, and the washer and dryer work great. The king-size bed in the main bedroom is firm and comfortable with high- quality linens and is very quiet at night, as this apartment is in the back of the building well away from the street. This location is close to all of the action and the city is very walkable so there is no need to have a car unless you plan to drive out of town. In fact it’s rather hard to drive the narrow streets, especially with all of the construction. And on the first Sunday of the month, driving is prohibited citywide! If you do have a car, be sure to ask for a map to the garage and the name of the garage at check in. Even though the parking garage was just a couple blocks away, we drove around for 45 minutes looking for it because of all the road construction, one-way streets, pedestrian streets and because we didn’t know the name of the garage. Don’t miss the school of wine’s Bar A Vin two blocks away. It sells wonderful wines of the area by the glass and half glass at cost. (2-6 euros!) Back to the apartment: it was a wonderful, comfortable place to stay in Bordeaux. The management agency was very nice and responsive, even when I lost some of the keys. (Sorry Kareen and Kim!)

Top notch!
We had the most wonderful experience staying in this place. It's big, beautiful, equipped with EVERYTHING you need to make your stay very comfortable, located in the best part of the city and also very quiet. It's easy to reach by car, and within a short walking distance to great restaurants, shops, parks and Place de la Bourse. I've been renting holiday rentals in Bordeaux and other European cities for ten years, and this is the best apartment in this price range. Highly recommend!

An older, very likeable property in a very central location. It was well-equpped and well managed.
A most enjoyable stay in a beautiful city. I have already recommended Bordeaux to friends , preferably when it is less busy and there is no waste collection strikes. The property was well maintained and easy to find -indeed it is ideally situated for trams, buses and wine chateaux trips from the tourist office.

Au cœur de Bordeaux
L'emplacement est idéal, sécuritaire et très paisible. L'appartement est vaste permettant à chacun de trouver le confort requis. Il serait utile d'ajouter des prises de courant dans la cuisinette afin d'éviter le branchement et débranchement de la cafetière et du grille pain. Les lits sont très confortables. Le nettoyage plus fréquent des climatiseurs seraient nécessaires. L'approvisionnement en papier de toilette et papier mouchoir à penser. Accès à un stationnement est un gros plus. Je recommande fortement à tout voyageur souhaitant un accès à pieds à Bordeaux.
