Issue 1
issues check-in was tricky, the receptionist informed me that my room does not have room wi-fi. I replied, the hotel offered room wi-fi in Expedia. I told her if the room does not have wi-fi, I will not stay here. Then, she said, ok sir, I will give you a room with wi-fi.
She gave me a room with wi- fi.
Issue 2, the TV was not working when I walked in the reception, there were three dogs barking at me. I called the attention, saying hello but there was not nobody around. The lady and another man present at check-in were gone.
After a few minutes, the receptionist for night shift came from behind a loud generator because a usual power outrage happening in the hotel that I was informed at check-in.
He figured out that the TV was unplugged and he left after turning it on. The TV was on but there is not cable TV so it did not work.
I went out to look for him and he was gone after calling his loud in front of the dogs barking at me.
He was gone and nobody from the staff was present just the dogs were on duty as usually barking.
After several minutes a lady that I have not seen before came into the hotel, she said that she was the daughther of the manager. I told her that I was scared because I could not find anybody that was unfair. I told her that how come nobody is in the hotel. She said that she does not know where the receptionist night shift is, that her mother will come later.
